This Privacy Policy explains how Synaptic AI Lab Private Limited (“MANUSH”, “we”) processes personal data on manush.si and its platforms. We comply with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where applicable, other data protection laws.

What we collect

• Enquiries and demo requests: name, email, phone, company, country, industry, company size, use case, robot numbers, deployment timeline, budget range and your message.
• Job applications: name, email, phone, location, resume, LinkedIn, portfolio and cover letter.
• Newsletter: email address and preferences (double opt-in).
• Portal and developer accounts: account details, organization and usage of the platform.
• Analytics: privacy-conscious, cookie-less statistics — pages viewed, referrer domain, country, device class. Visitor identifiers are a daily-rotated, non-reversible hash; we do not track you across days or sites.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, run demos and sales conversations, evaluate applications, send newsletters you asked for, operate customer, partner and developer accounts, secure our services and improve the website.

Sharing

We use processors under contract, including our transactional email provider (Resend) and hosting/CDN providers. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Application data is retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
