MANUSH Memory

Role (Doc B §12): Short-term + long-term contextual memory.

MANUSH Memory gives a robot context: what it just did, where things are and how the people and places it works with prefer things done.

Responsibilities

• Short-term working memory for the current task and conversation.
• Episodic memory of past tasks, incidents and outcomes.
• Skill memory — which skills worked, where, and with which parameters.
• Long-term spatial and semantic memory shared with MANUSH Cloud where policy allows.

Privacy

MANUSH is edge-first: sensitive information is processed locally whenever possible, and memory shared with MANUSH Cloud follows the customer's data policy. Skills should store only what they need and never persist raw personal data unnecessarily.
